Looking up Brashear's Run from the Sligo Parkway bridge just downstream from Maple Ave.
Brashear's Run is completely underground under Maple Avenue except for the a few hundred feet where it joins Sligo.
You are looking at water gushing through the grates over the opening of the stormwater drains.
Snow covers the top of the cement housing of the grates.
